RETURNS

-Item MUST be presented before the 5th of the following calendar month

with either receipt or tag attached.

-Items that are noticeably used may NOT be returned.

-Sale items are final sale.

-Defect in goods: Repair or Replacement of item of equal of lesser value

within 6o days of purchase.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

-MUST be paid in FULL upon ordering.

-ALL custom orders are non-refundable and are final sale.

-Expect a 2-4 week turnaround time unless otherwise stated.

 

HOLDING/SHIPPING ITEMS

Interested in purchasing an item online/once you leave the store? Message/Call or comment “SOLD” on our social media post with your email. We will put aside and send you an invoice and you will have 24 hours to pay the invoice, (this also includes cash purchases) from there we will happily ship or have waiting for you to pick up at your earliest convenience.

*After 24 hours and the invoice is not paid, the item will go back on the floor.

 

 

You break it, you buy it. We understand accidents happen but unfortunately you will be responsible for paying half the retail price.
