-Item MUST be presented before the 5th of the following calendar month

with either receipt or tag attached.

-Noticeably used or opened consumable products may NOT be returned.

-Sale items are final sale.

-Holiday/Seasonal items are final sale.

-Defect in goods: Repair or Replacement of item of equal of lesser value

within 6o days of purchase.

-MUST be paid in FULL upon ordering.

-ALL custom orders are non-refundable and are final sale.

-Expect a 2-4 week turnaround time unless otherwise stated.
